Did you know that you can infuse your cooking oil with delicious herbs? Here is one of our favorite recipes:
Roughly chop all ingredients and cover in olive oil (or any other liquid cooking oil of choice) until plant matter is fully immersed. Let sit in a kitchen cupboard for 4 weeks, away from sunlight and moisture. After 2-3 weeks, your oil is ready to be strained.
