- 1 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dried + powdered lavender
- 1 tbsp dried + powdered rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried + powdered aniseed/star anise
- 0.5 tsp dried + powdered cinnamon
Just mix all these ingredients together and voila! You have a spiced honey that supports digestion, calms the nervous system, and chases that winter cold away.
