Fall Equinox Blend

by Leah Morgan, CCAP

Today marks the halfway point between the height of summer and the depth of winter! In ancient traditions, the fall equinox was a time of celebration, gratitude and abundance. The harvesting of crops was performed at this time, and grains were stored for the cold, baren months to come.

The coming of Autumn is still a welcomed rite until this day. We start to look forward to fall fashions, seasonal meals and desserts, the beautiful display of colours that the trees graciously offer us, and most importantly, that undeniable crisp freshness in the air, telling us without a doubt that change is afoot.

This week’s diffuser blend honours the changing of the seasons and the welcoming of cooler, more colourful days!

Don’t forget to do a little happy (or rain) dance while you’re at it!

  • 5 Drops Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica)
  • 2 Drops Clove (Syzgium aromaticum)
