Healingscents ships to We ship within CanadaCanada and the We ship to the USAUSA from our Gibsons, BC store and studio.

Canadian FlagFREE SHIPPING IN CANADA for orders over $99 (carrier-calculated shipping rates are applied to orders up to $98.99)

Applicable taxes are added to Canadian orders.

USA FlagCARRIER-CALCULATED RATES are applied to all orders shipped to the USA.

Shipping Process

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays. Orders are shipped within 72 hours after you receive your email order confirmation receipt.

Shipping Method
We ship via Canada Post although we reserve the right to ship via another carrier. Typically you will receive your order within 5-10 business days.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Gibsons, BC, Canada.

If the shipment is refused the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Please make sure you double-check your shipping address when you receive your email order confirmation as Healingscents is unable to re-route packages and not responsible for the cost of re-shipping returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address.

Quality Control

Healingscents is not responsible for damages due to shipping. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping.

Satisfaction Guaranteed. Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with our products let us know immediately. We will do our best to help determine why the product doesn't work for you. If you are still unhappy with the product we will refund it 100%. (You will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Healingscents online purchases via healingscents.net or our social media sites

If you purchased our products through our website and you don’t like our product for any reason, ship the products to us within 30 days from the shipping date and we’ll refund your money. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Retail Store Purchases

If you purchased our products at a retail store and you are not satisfied, please return your purchase directly to the retail store, along with your proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges from customers that purchased our products at a retail store.  

Order cancellations are valid for 24 hours from time of order. Please contact us at 604-886-6583 Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm PST or email leah@healingscents.net with your questions or concerns. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when your refund will be processed. If there is a dispute, you will be contacted immediately. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may not show up on your account for 3 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, first double-check your bank account and credit card account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at leah@healingscents.net

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace defective or damaged products. Healingscents is not responsible for damages due to shipping. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping. Please contact us with details first before returning defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at leah@healingscents.net and send your item to:

Gifts

Proof of purchase is necessary for all refunds. All online purchases will be refunded through the payment method used to pay for the original purchase.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
