Like frankincense, myrrh is another oil we’re likely familiar with from the Bible. It’s another of the gifts the wise men gave baby Jesus and has been used throughout history for religious ceremonies and its therapeutic value

Latin Binomial:  Commiphora myrrha

Applications

Used in aromatherapy for the symptomatic relief of:
Athlete’s foot, menstrual problems, dry skin, bronchitis, itchy skin, coughs, diarrhea, appetite loss and indigestion.

Used in aromatherapy to help ease emotional symptoms of:
Worry, mental distraction and is calming.
