Clary Sage Essential Oil

Clary sage is known as a highly effective oil for labor in all of the different realms of natural medicine. It’s been used in aromatherapy to be beneficial for pain relief, relaxation, and its ability to speed labor up. Clary sage has also been used as a substation for hops in brewing beer and is still widely used as a flavouring agent for tobacco.

History

Clary sage was once only grown in southern Europe, but Germans found success growing it in their vineyards. It was once known as Clear Eye because of its ability to clear mucus from the eyes.
