Peach Crumble Recipe

‘Tis the season for peaches and delicious desserts!

This is an insanely easy and very healthy, in-season recipe that the whole family will love.

I mean, who doesn’t love warm, sweet and tangy peach crumble with dynamic textures?

Try this recipe for your next family meal – or heck, make it just for yourself – either way, you’ll win!

What you need:

  • 4 cups fresh peach slices
  • 0.5 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup organic cane sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1tsp cinnamon 0.25 tsp salt

Here’s what you do:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line your peach slices in a baking dish (about 8x8in)
  2. Place all your other ingredients in a bowl and mix well until evenly combined
  3. Press crumble mixture on top of your sliced peaches, and bake for about 30 minutes (or until the top is golden)

And that’s it! To make this recipe extra special, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each serving. Enjoy!
