Veggie platters are simple, healthy and easy dishes for the whole family and guests alike. We like to always have a special dip or sauce to accompany the platters for some extra flavor and excitement. Aside from salad dressing, here are a few of our favorite recipes for veggie dip sticks!
The Basic:
Juice of 1 Lemon, a pinch of salt, cumin, and black pepper. Add a drop of olive oil, and you’re good to go!
The Creamy:
This may not be a big secret, but did you know about adding half a pack of powdered onion soup to 2 cups of Greek yogurt? This is probably our all-time favorite dip!
The ‘Cado:
There is no way we can exclude avocados from the conversation around veggie dips. Simply smash an avocado, add the juice of 2 lemon wedges, a small teaspoon of mayonnaise, some salt, pepper, and cumin, and you’re good to go! For an extra little zing, try adding some grated ginger to your ‘cado smash.
